The homes are designed to give individuals support where it is needed. Residents will learn to be accountable and honest with their self. We encourage residents to be responsible adults, Learning life skills, while developing a spiritual foundation which is vital to individual recovery.

I grew up in Nashville and it is a great city for individuals in recovery. Sober Solutions has been in business since 2005 and is truly one of the bright spots in my life. I have been living sober and free from the grips of addiction since 2003. I struggled to get sober for over 10 years,.like many of us due, finally surrendered and became actively involved in my recovery program. Through my work, and sobriety I have the opportunity to give back what has so freely been given to me.

I am a Nashville native and have been sober since April 2008. I am married with 2 daughters. I love that I get to share this journey in recovery with my husband and partner with him to help others who are still suffering. I am grateful for the beautiful life that I have today, because of my sobriety. Hope and an amazing future are possible one day at a time.
